The newest Supreme Court decision is not as bad as the Sun says it is. After all, don’t Americans deserve to be able to choose from which sources they receive messages? Why should government officials get to choose who to restrict based on wealth or lack of it? The first amendment is supposed to protect us from government, not give it the power to impose restrictions on unfavorable speech; the Court got this one right.
