Here is a story about the potential distribution of federal bailout money to higher education. As a Cornellian, I have no problem with my school having more money for scholarships and research (if money actually reaches Cornell, that is). But as a conservative, I can’t help but see this as a massive government handout program that’s begging for mismanagement.
