Assistant Professor Russell Rickford, history, delivered yet another rousing speech to the approximately 150 students, faculty, and locals who attended Wednesday evening’s townhall discussion regarding the events in and surrounding Ferguson.
Other speakers had some interesting things to say, too.
I was rather surprised, upon entering the lecture auditorium where the event was held, to find myself in a jubilant atmosphere, with students laughing and bantering while upbeat music played in the background.
